Terms of Service

The service

Date Plan builds a personalized, human-reviewed date plan for a specific person, city and occasion: a curated shortlist of venues and activities with verified practical details, a timed route, and backup options, delivered to you as one complete plan. The plan is an informational document prepared for you personally — it is not professional, legal, financial or relationship advice.

Acceptance & eligibility

By placing an order you accept these terms. The service is for adults (18+) planning a social outing between adults.

Your responsibilities

• Give us an accurate, complete brief — the plan is built on what you tell us.
• Confirm the outing is with a person you know personally, and that your use of their details is lawful and appropriate. The service must not be used to pursue, pressure or monitor anyone.
• Use the plan lawfully and at your own discretion during the outing; you are responsible for your own conduct and safety.
• We may decline any order at our discretion; in that case you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.

Information you give us

• You are responsible for the information in your brief, including anything you tell us about another person. By submitting it you confirm you are allowed to share those details with us.
• We use that information only to build and deliver your plan. We do not need anyone's full legal name, and we ask you not to include sensitive details such as health or medical information.
• We keep order records for up to 24 months and delete planning brief content 90 days after delivery. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see the Privacy Policy.

Orders, pricing and delivery

• You place an order through the order form and pay the one-time price shown at checkout (from $29, depending on the plan).
• Your plan is delivered to the email address you provide, within the timeframe stated at checkout.
• Current prices are shown on this site and may change; the price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

What the service does not include

• We plan, verify and route — we do not make reservations or purchases on your behalf unless this is explicitly stated for your plan.
• We verify practical details when we build your plan, but we do not operate the venues: businesses close, and hours, menus, prices and staff change. We cannot guarantee a venue's current status, service or quality on the night.
• A plan reduces the risk of a bad night but cannot guarantee one.

Guarantees & refunds

Three simple commitments, defined in the Refund Policy: cancel before work starts and you get a full refund; if we miss the accepted delivery deadline you get a full refund; and if the plan clearly misses your brief, we rebuild it once within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise the fee is not refundable. Venue status, service and how the night goes are not guaranteed and not grounds for a refund.

Ownership & use

You keep ownership of the information you give us. The delivered plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use — please don't resell, republish or use it commercially. We retain the planning methods and templates behind it.

Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, email us first — we are committed to resolving issues in good faith. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts at our registered domicile, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

Changes & general

The version dated above applies to your order. We may update these terms; changes apply to orders placed after the update. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
